Return Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Seasalt & Co.  The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy.

Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

Email us at Contact@seasaltandco.com to obtain a Return Authorization Form and include the form with your items when sending back to us.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer!

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to confirm that we have processed your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.  Please allow several days for the refund to post to your account.

Refunds will be rejected if:
Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund after several days of our confirmation, please contact your credit card company or bank.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Contact@seasaltandco.com.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange any items on your order, please use the Return Authorization Form and include with your return package.

Clearance items 
Clearance item sales are final and are excluded from this refund policy.  Only regular or sale priced items may be refunded or exchanged.

Returns Shipping
To return your product, mail to: Seasalt & Co., 8251 Kennedy Circle Unit 2, Warren MI 48093

Be sure to include the Return Authorization Form or your refund will be rejected.

Seasalt & Co. is not responsible for any return shipping costs.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For all eligible refunds, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Normal shipping times will apply to all exchanged items.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Seasalt & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
